ORDERING & ACCOUNTS
Who can order from Global Wholesale Traders?
We're a wholesale supplier serving businesses across Canada — convenience stores, grocery stores, dollar stores, restaurants, offices, cleaning companies, and more. Individuals are welcome to shop as well. All pricing is visible to anyone browsing the site; you'll just need a free account to check out.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. A minimum cumulative order value of $150 CAD applies to every order. Some products also have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) per item, shown on the product page.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, a free account is required to complete checkout, though you're welcome to browse products and pricing without one.
Do you have a retail storefront I can visit?
No — we operate from a warehouse in Calgary that isn't open to the public. All orders are placed online and shipped or delivered to you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Canada. Delivery is free within Calgary (T2 and select T3 postal codes), a $25 flat rate applies to surrounding areas like Airdrie, Cochrane, and Okotoks, and the rest of Canada is calculated based on your order value.
How much does shipping cost?
Calgary deliveries are free and surrounding areas are a flat $25. Rest-of-Canada shipping is tiered by order value, starting at $75. See our full Shipping Policy for the detailed rate table.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After that, Calgary deliveries take 1-2 business days, surrounding areas 2-4 business days, and the rest of Canada 5-10 business days.
Can I track my order?
It depends on how your order is delivered. If your order ships by courier (outside of Calgary and the surrounding area), you'll get tracking info in your confirmation email once it's on its way. Local deliveries within Calgary and the surrounding area are hand-delivered by our own team, so there's no tracking number for those.
I have a large order — can I get a custom shipping quote?
Yes. For orders of $3,500 or more, contact us and we'll put together a custom shipping quote.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Can I return an item or get a refund?
Because we operate on a wholesale model, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement — typically within 5–7 business days of approval. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
What if I received the wrong item or quantity?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with your order number and what's off about it. We'll look into it against our packing records, and from there we'll figure out the best way to make it right — whether that's sending the missing item, a credit, or something else — on a case-by-case basis.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Orders can be cancelled only if they haven't yet been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
