MINIMUM ORDER
A minimum cumulative order value of $150 CAD is required to place an order on our website.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Calgary: 1-2 business days after processing
- Surrounding areas: 2-4 business days after processing
- Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days after processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Orders shipped by courier outside of Calgary and the surrounding area include tracking information in your confirmation email once they ship. Orders delivered locally within Calgary and the surrounding area are hand-delivered by our own team and do not include a tracking number.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photographs clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement within 5–7 business days of claim approval. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
