1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Global Wholesale Traders website and all purchases made through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Global Wholesale Traders Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Our products are sold on a wholesale basis. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business or resale purposes. All customers must create an account to complete a purchase.

3. ORDERS & PRICING

A minimum cumulative order value of $150 CAD is required to place an order. All prices listed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Certain products may have a minimum order quantity per item. These quantities are displayed on the individual product pages. Customers are required to meet both the per-item minimum and the overall $150 CAD order minimum.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping rates are as follows:

Calgary: Free delivery
Surrounding areas: $25 flat rate
Rest of Canada: Rates calculated based on order value

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Global Wholesale Traders is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our wholesale business model, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase.

In the event that you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with clear photographs showing the damaged item and its packaging. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement within 5–7 business days of approval.

8. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & IMAGES

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. In the event of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct any errors and adjust orders accordingly.

9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Global Wholesale Traders is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Global Wholesale Traders Ltd. and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Global Wholesale Traders Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product(s) in question.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
