RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our wholesale business model, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase to ensure accuracy.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or defective items, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement.

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide clear photographs that clearly show the damaged item and its packaging
  3. Email your claim to info@wholesaledeals.ca or call us at (403) 408-6853

Once your request for a replacement is approved, replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days of claim approval and the replacement item(s) will be included in your next order.

ORDER ERRORS

If you receive incorrect items or quantities that differ from your order confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the discrepancy. Each case is reviewed against our fulfillment and packing records, and the resolution — whether that's shipping the correct item, issuing a credit, or another remedy — is determined at our discretion once that review is complete.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
